Damage claims must be raised immediately upon receipt of the order (if damages exceed 3% of the order) with detailed images and videos. Tileprint is not responsible for damages caused due to improper installation. Replacements cannot be processed once tiles have been  LAID.

No damage claim will be entertained after the receipt of the goods as per the acknowledgement of receipt goods by the receipent /customer.

 

Order Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. We strongly advise you to check for precise measurements, technical requirements, color, material, and quantity details before confirming your order.

A shipment will be considered abandoned if:

• It is refused upon delivery.

Batch Variation:

Batch variation refers to differences in color and texture that naturally occur during tile manufacturing, even when raw materials are sourced from the same location. To maintain consistency, we recommend ordering the required quantity at once to ensure shipment from the same batch. NO CLAIM WILL BE ENTERTAINED ONCE THE TILES ARE LAID

Warranty:

The warranty terms for different products are as follows:

• No warranty claims will be accepted after tile, stone cladding, or brick cladding products have been installed. Any issues must be reported before installation.
• If a technical issue arises, installation should be halted immediately.
• All warranties are provided by the maufacturers and not TILEPRINT,any issues have to be taken up with the manufacturers /warranty providers only
